چکیده
The stress corrosion cracking behavior of an Incoloy825/X65 bimetallic composite pipe welded joint in wet hydrogen sulfide (H2S) environment was investigated by means the creviced bent beam (CBB) test this study. microstructure, element distribution and crack propagation were analyzed optical microscope (OM), scanning electron (SEM), dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) backscatter diffraction (EBSD). results showed that two types cracks observed H2S environment, they initiated from notch intersection three zones (cladding Incoloy825, base X65 weld), respectively, propagated along fusion boundary(FB) Type-II-like grain boundary. mechanisms are due to combination anodic dissolution, hydrogen. Near FB, there high angle boundaries, Type-I, Type-II which have SCC sensitivity. tip is complex, with diffusion, Cr loss large residual strain. All these provide conditions for initiation propagation.

Effect of Hydrogen on Corrosion and Stress Corrosion Cracking of AZ91 Alloy in Aqueous Solutions
The effect of hydrogen on the corrosion and stress corrosion cracking of the magnesium AZ91 alloy has been investigated in aqueous solutions. Hydrogen produced by corrosion in water diffuses into, and reacts with the Mg matrix to form hydride. Some of the hydrogen accumulates at hydride/Mg matrix (or secondary phase) interfaces as a consequence of slow hydride formation and the incompatibility ...
متن کاملCorrosion Behavior of API X100 Steel Material in a Hydrogen Sulfide Environment
Recently, the API X100 steel has emerged as an important pipeline material for transportation of crude oil and natural gas. At the same time, the presence of significant amounts of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in natural gas and crude oil cause pipeline materials to corrode, which affects their integrity. In this study, the effect of H2S concentration on the corrosion behavior of API X100 in 3.5% NaC...
متن کاملSTUDY ON CORROSION BEHAVIOR OF COBALT NANO COMPOSITE COATINGS
Metal matrix nano composite coatings possess enhanced properties such as corrosion and wear resistance. This paper aims to study the corrosion behavior of pure Co and Co-BN nano composite coatings deposited with different particles concentration (5-20 g L-1) on copper substrates using electroplating technique. Morphology and elemental compositions of the coatings were investigated by means of s...
